Nicolas Chapados

Nicholas Chapados is Chief Science Officer at Imagia, a company that uses artificial intelligence and deep-learning techniques to provide more accurate pattern recognition in medical image analysis for cancer patients. He has a PhD in machine learning from the Université de Montréal and is Co-Founder of ApSTAT Technologies (machine learning) and of Chapados Couture Capital, a Canadian alternative asset manager. He is also Adjunct Professor of Applied Mathematics at École Polytechnique de Montréal.
